Derby St Andrews visited Myrtle Road for the second season and again suffered a severe thrashing.
This season saw the first Wednesday v. Attercliffe match, though at this time Attercliffe were still known as Christ Church. Attercliffe would go on to be (along with teams such as Heeley and Lockwood Brothers) one of Wednesday's great rivals in the early years of the Sheffield Challenge Cup.
